What does a tensile structure cost?
Pricing follows span, membrane grade and steelwork. Parking shades and entrance canopies are quoted per square foot; free-form roofs after a site survey. Every quote is broken into material, fabrication and site work.
Canopy, awning or tensile — which one?
A canopy is a fixed roof over an entrance or walkway. An awning is fabric that folds, retracts or runs on a motor. A tensile structure is an engineered membrane roof for larger spans like parking bays and courtyards.
Which fabric do you use?
PVDF-lacquered PVC-coated polyester as standard, PTFE and ETFE for landmark work. All membranes are UV-stable, flame retardant and specified for coastal humidity and monsoon load.
How long does it take?
Residential canopies and pergolas: 7–15 days from measurement to handover. Larger parking and tensile roofs: 3–6 weeks depending on steel fabrication and site access.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes — Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune regularly, plus pan-India delivery to Gujarat, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Nashik.
Is there a warranty?
Workmanship warranty on structural steel, manufacturer warranty on membranes (typically 10–15 years for PVDF) and drive-maker warranty on motorised systems.
